NOTE: Please be sure to change your Password after Logging In to Tenant Portal the first time.
Need to report a service issue? Just log into your account and select the SERVICE ISSUES button and then select NEW SERVICE ISSUE. On the Service Issue page, please provide a specific description of the problem.
For units with multiple residents, please submit only one Service Request for any issue. Multiple reports on the same problem will only slow down the resolution process. Bay Realty Maintenance Staff handle all Service Requests promptly.
Maintenance hours are 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Emergency Service Request
Bay Realty Apartments service staff is on call 24 hours a day for emergencies. After business hours, emergency service calls are dispatched to an on-call Bay Realty Apartments service staff member. Emergency service includes items such as a lock-out, toilet overflow or other plumbing issue, no heat or hot water, security lock problems etc.

For a fire emergency, immediately call 911 and report the emergency to the Boston Fire Department. Afterwards, please call Bay Realty Apartments at 617.274.4710.
